Located in Ashley, just outside New Milton and on the edge of the beautiful New Forest, my private therapy room provides a calm, comfortable and confidential space where you can focus entirely on yourself.
The therapy room has been designed to feel welcoming and relaxed, giving you the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and concentrate on what matters most to you.
It is easily accessible from New Milton, Lymington, Christchurch, Bournemouth, Southampton and the surrounding areas.
Online Therapy
If travelling isn’t practical, or you simply feel more comfortable in your own surroundings, online therapy offers the same confidential support from wherever you are.
Sessions take place securely using Google Meet, making it easy to access counselling, hypnotherapy or an integrated approach from anywhere in the UK.
Many clients choose online therapy because it fits more easily around work, family life or mobility needs, while still providing a personal and effective therapeutic experience.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE
- Free on-road parking is available close to the therapy room.
- Please arrive at your appointment time, as there isn’t a waiting area.
- The therapy room is located within my home in a private and confidential setting.
- Dogs live in the house but are kept separate from the therapy room unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
- Unfortunately, there isn’t a client toilet available.
- You’ll receive full directions before your first appointment.
